本政策说明邓伟健 TENG WAI KEEN（“我们”）如何在 Facebook Page 管理与分析应用（“本应用”）中处理资料。本应用用于协助获授权的管理员管理 Facebook Page、发布内容及分析表现。
1. 我们处理哪些资料
仅在用户授权及 Meta 实际提供的范围内，我们可能处理账号基本识别资料、所管理的 Page 名称及 ID、权限与访问令牌、Page 帖子、照片及视频、互动与汇总成效数据。如获相应授权并启用相关功能，也可能处理留言及其公开识别资料。我们不会索取 Facebook 密码。私信、广告账户及健康资料不属于本应用当前的预定功能。
2. 资料用途
资料用于连接并识别获授权的 Page、读取和分析内容表现、制作内容建议，以及执行管理员要求的发帖和互动操作；也用于排查错误、维护安全及满足适用义务。仅使用执行所选功能所需的权限。
3. 资料共享与 AI 处理
本应用通过 Meta 的 API 读取及发布资料。为提供 AI 分析和内容协助，选定内容及有关数据可能由 OpenAI 等提供相关功能的 AI 服务商处理，并受其适用条款和隐私政策约束。我们会尽量减少传送个人资料，不应把访问令牌、密码或敏感健康资料放入 AI 提示。托管及基础设施供应商可能处理提供服务所需的技术资料。我们不出售个人资料，也不将 Meta 数据用于跨服务定向广告；依法要求时可能披露必要资料。
4. 保存与安全
我们只在提供所请求功能、维护必要安全记录或履行适用义务所需期间保留资料。无需继续使用或收到有效删除请求时，我们会删除或匿名化可由我们控制的相关资料；备份及依法必须保留的记录可能在适用保存期内继续存在。访问令牌属于机密凭据，应限制访问，失效或不再需要时撤销或移除。我们采取合理保护措施，但任何传输和储存方式均无法保证绝对安全。
5. 撤销授权、查阅及删除资料
你可以在 Facebook 设置中的应用或业务整合授权管理处移除本应用，停止后续授权访问。移除授权不一定会删除此前已保存的资料。要申请查阅、更正或删除由我们保存的资料，请发邮件至 waikeen7047@gmail.com，标题注明“Facebook App 资料删除”，并提供相关 Page ID 或链接及请求说明。请勿发送密码或 Token。我们可能要求提供合理的身份或 Page 管理权限证明，并在核实后处理及回复。已发布到 Facebook 的内容可能需要另外从 Facebook 删除；Meta 及其他独立服务商保存的资料适用各自政策。
6. 网站访问、跨境处理及儿童
本隐私政策网页不设置表单、广告追踪或自建分析 Cookie。Cloudflare 作为托管及安全服务商可能处理 IP 地址、浏览器信息和请求日志。Meta、AI 及托管服务商可能在你的所在地以外处理资料。本应用面向获授权的 Page 管理员，不以儿童为服务对象，也不主动收集儿童资料。

English Privacy Policy
This policy explains how 邓伟健 TENG WAI KEEN (“we”) handles information in our Facebook Page management and analytics application (“App”). The App helps authorized administrators manage their Facebook Pages, publish content and analyze performance.
1. Information we process
Subject to your authorization and the information actually made available by Meta, we may process basic account identifiers; managed Page names and IDs; permissions and access tokens; Page posts, photos and videos; engagement and aggregated performance data. Where separately authorized and enabled, features may also process comments and associated public identifiers. We do not request your Facebook password. Private messaging, advertising accounts and health information are outside the App’s current intended functionality.
2. How we use information
We use information to connect and identify authorized Pages, read and analyze content performance, prepare content suggestions, and carry out publishing and engagement actions requested by administrators. We also use necessary information for troubleshooting, security and applicable obligations. We use only the permissions needed for selected features.
3. Sharing and AI processing
The App reads and publishes information through Meta’s APIs. To provide AI analysis and content assistance, selected content and related data may be processed by AI providers supporting these features, including OpenAI, under their applicable terms and privacy policies. We aim to minimize personal information sent to these services. Access tokens, passwords and sensitive health information should not be included in AI prompts. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to operate their services. We do not sell personal information or use Meta data for cross-service targeted advertising. Necessary disclosures may be made where legally required.
4. Retention and security
We retain information only as needed to deliver requested features, maintain necessary security records or meet applicable obligations. When information is no longer needed or a valid deletion request is received, we delete or anonymize relevant information within our control. Backups and legally required records may remain for applicable retention periods. Access tokens are confidential credentials: access should be restricted, and tokens revoked or removed when invalid or no longer needed. We take reasonable protective measures, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
5. Revoking access and requesting deletion
You may remove the App through Facebook’s app or business integration authorization settings to stop future authorized access. Revocation does not necessarily delete previously stored information. To request access, correction or deletion, email waikeen7047@gmail.com with the subject “Facebook App Data Deletion”, your relevant Page ID or link, and a description of your request. Do not send passwords or tokens. We may request reasonable proof of identity or Page authority and will process and respond after verification. Content already published on Facebook may need to be deleted separately on Facebook. Information held independently by Meta and other providers is governed by their own policies.
6. Website visits, international processing and children
This policy website has no forms, advertising trackers or custom analytics cookies. Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider, may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs. Meta, AI and hosting providers may process information outside your country. The App is intended for authorized Page administrators, is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect children’s information.
